Gareth Ennis
Chief Executive Officer
Gareth founded Blue Planet Software after more than 20 years working as a lead income management consultant and solution architect with Unit4 and Mentec International. He has designed, led, and delivered some of the largest income management implementations in the UK, including the London Bi-Borough project, one of the most complex public sector income environments ever built.
Tom Behan
Chief Financial Officer
Tom is a chartered accountant with more than 30 years in the software industry. He leads HeyCentric's financial, legal, and strategic direction, and was Finance Director of the company that originally developed the Unit4 Income Manager product set before negotiating the sale of those software rights to Unit4 in 2011.
Adrian Thomas
Chief Operating Officer
With more than 20 years' experience in technology, Adrian worked for HeyCentric's partner Unit4 for 11 years in a variety of technical roles and for 7 years with the National Trust in senior technical infrastructure roles. As HeyCentric's Chief Operating Officer, Adrian leads the company's strategic execution across the public sector and higher education. Previously, Adrian has also worked as a Systems Manager for Bristol City Council, giving him a unique perspective on local government IT teams and bringing this knowledge to his role at HeyCentric. In his spare time he spends time with his family and he loves hill walking and organising big road trips. Adrian is based in Bristol but travels throughout the UK and Ireland engaging with the HeyCentric community.
Ancuta Chibulcutean
Chief Product and Technology Officer
Ancuta leads HeyCentric's product and technology strategy, owning platform architecture, solution design, and the direction of every capability across the platform. She joined HeyCentric at the start to build the product and has shaped not only how it works but how it is positioned and brought to market. Her work spans technical depth and commercial direction in equal measure: defining what gets built, translating income management problems into platform capabilities, and making sure the architecture reflects the operational realities of the organisations using it. Beyond HeyCentric, she holds a Stripe Community Builder role for the public sector, running a peer community for income management and payments professionals across local government, central government, and higher education.
Ian Witts
Non-Executive Director
Ian has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise systems, specialising in high-complexity integration environments. His background spans both technology and finance, and he brings that combination to bear on the governance and strategic direction of HeyCentric.
David Barrett
Non-Executive Director
David has been involved in enterprise system delivery since 2003 and is the technical force behind the reliability and availability architecture that HeyCentric's platform is built on. He has a particular ability to translate complex infrastructure decisions into terms that matter to the business and its customers.
